What are

Home Health Services?

Home Health Services provide nursing care that is medically necessary and ordered by a physician. These services enable an individual to receive care at home and decreases the likelihood of facility placement. Home Health Services also assist in recovery at home following a major hospitalization.

What about

Assisted Living?

Assisted Living provides support for the activities of daily living including personal care and homemaking. Trained home health aides provide assistance with tasks such as dressing, bathing, and prescribed exercise, while homemakers perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and help with grocery shopping and errands. Home Health Services may be needed in addition to Assisted Living Services when skilled nursing care is required.
