The department is spacious with patient comfort in mind.
The waiting room is
separate from the main reception area and there is a comfortable phlebotomy
room
for blood draws.
Bridges Laboratory staff is highly trained. Each
member of the team has an
Associates of Applied Science Degree as well as 10 to 20 years of experience in
all areas of laboratory operation. This allows Bridges to offer a full range of
laboratory services 24-7. Samples
can be taken and processed on-site anytime, day or night, and the results
reported to the attending physician immediately.
Patients receive their diagnosis more quickly and treatment can begin
sooner than if the samples had to be sent to another facility for testing.
In those cases where specialized testing needs to be performed at another
laboratory, Bridges has measures in place to assure a quick turnaround of
information and a minimum waiting time for patients.
